Refund Policy
1. General Policy
All payments made to Mount Carmel School are considered final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law.
2. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for reasons such as duplicate payments or erroneous charges. All requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation.
3. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and issued using the original method of payment where possible.
