Neena Williams with first batch of Mount Carmel School brought in the very first batch of students into the home of Flt. Lt. Vijay and Neena Williams. As they walked with tiny, apprehensive steps into the E-47 Anand Niketan address, their first day of formal education marked the birth of Mount Carmel School. The journey has taken the founders across the globe and the school into the lives of thousands of citizens.
Today, Mount Carmel is recognized as one of the premier educational institutions in the country, dedicated to the cause of making a positive difference in the lives of our future leaders, striving to uphold and enhance integrity, discipline, hard work and a relentless pursuit of excellence.

Pastoral Care
Mount Carmel is the only school group to have a full time Vice Principal for Pastoral Care in each school.

I am a fighter pilot in the Indian Air Force and fly the Mirage 2000 (ITI) aircraft which is a multi-role air combat aircraft of the IAF inventory. I was lucky enough to be a part of the MCS family from Prep till class 12th. After 12th, I joined St Stephen's College for Economics(H) for 6 months thereafter joined National Defence Academy Pune in Dec 2016. After 3 years at National Defence Academy, I joined the Air force academy Hyderabad and was commissioned as an Officer in the Indian Air force in Dec 2020.
During my days at MCS I had the opportunity of serving as the Deputy Head prefect and the leadership qualities that the school imbibed in me has helped me in my career.
I am grateful to Dr VK Williams and Dr Nina Williams for ensuring discipline in each and every aspect of school life. Whatever I have been able to achieve till now has been because of my teachers at MCS and I shall be ever grateful to them.
I am an Assistant Professor- Finance at Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management (SJMSOM), IIT Bombay and Associate Faculty, Centre for Machine Intelligence AND Data Sciences (C-MInDS) at IIT Bombay.
Mount Carmel School had a profound impact during my childhood days to make me what I am today, imbibing in me the tenets of discipline, sincerity and perseverance. MCS has great teachers who love teaching and teach children to love learning. As Will Richardson said "School is the path, not the point" and I want to add that MCS showed me the path to become a good human being and chase overall excellence while enjoying the blessed journey of life."

I am Dr Anjela Michelle D’Costa, a proud alumni, batch of 2015. As a practising and successful Dental Surgeon, I am grateful for the excellent education and guidance I received during my formative years. Mount Carmel School has always been known for its high academic standards, but what sets it apart is its emphasis on morals and spiritual values. In addition to academic excellence, Mount Carmel School offers a range of extracurricular activities that help students develop their skills and interests & improve teamwork, leadership, and communication skills.
Coming from a military background, I was fortunate enough to have a brief but meaningful educational experience at Mount Carmel School. During my time at the school, I had the privilege of serving as the Cultural Head and residing in the boarding facility, both of which provided me with invaluable experiences that have significantly contributed to my personal growth.
I am forever grateful to Dr. V.K. Williams and Dr. Nina Williams for their exemplary leadership and for establishing the strong values upon which this esteemed institution was built. Their unwavering faith in the institution has played a pivotal role in its continued success and reputation.
